It's been nearly five months since Appogee became a part of the PSSG family as our 11th acquisition on 31 January 2025. Somehow it feels like no time at all—and at the same time, as though Appogee has always been a part of the group.
Since then, the focus has been on two main areas:
These areas are well underway, and along the journey we have learned a lot— about the product, the market, the clients, and the potential. Whether or not you've been directly involved, you've probably heard there's a lot of activity (and a fair bit of excitement!) around what this means for PSSG.
To recap: the reason we acquired a HR software platform was to build a truly integrated HR and payroll solution. This opens up a new market of opportunities, supports our long-term growth plans, and helps us meet evolving client needs.
As we continue to shape the strategy for our HR solutions, we know there are likely to be many questions and ideas floating around. A couple of questions we've had a lot are, "what does this mean for our current CintraHR (IntelliHR) product?" And "will Appogee HR continue to be sold as a standalone product?"
